Support for Gifted, 2e, Neurodivergent, and Highly Sensitive Children, Teens, and Adults

I offer various levels of support to assist individuals in 3 main areas:

Emotional Intelligence:

Executive Functioning:

  • Support with working memory, processing speed, planning, prioritizing and other executive function skills

  • Help developing a set of study skills and optimizing systems to manage academic workload and long-term projects in healthy ways

Short-Term Targeted Coaching:

90-Minute One-Time Strategy Review Session:

These sessions are intended to provide quick insights and tangible action steps. They include:

  • A 90-minute 1:1 online strategy session for neurodivergent adults or parents of neurodivergent children/teens
  • A detailed questionnaire to optimize our session and get clear on goals and vision
  • Review of relevant records: school/work documents, progress reports, work samples, IEP documents, psycho-educational evaluation reports, private neuropsych, school/work emails, progress reports, and/or any relevant documents (up to 3 documents)
  • Help identifying gaps in your current strategy and adjusting plan or creating a new plan
  • Research-based recommendations and individualized strength-based strategies
  • Session recap notes with key recommendations and step-by-step implementation plan

All Around 360° Support Package:

This support package provides a clear step-by-step action plan over the course of three 60-minute sessions. The client is able to use the final implementation plan without additional support. It includes:

  • One 60-minute 1:1 strategy Zoom session with parent of neurodivergent child/teen (*or three 60-minute sessions for neurodivergent adult packages)
  • One 60-minute individual Zoom session with neurodivergent child/teen
  • One 60-minute follow-up session with parent
  • A comprehensive 360° strengths and weaknesses assessment to explore talents, learning and processing styles, and targeted areas of need and improvement
  • A comprehensive review of relevant records: school documents, goals/grades, progress reports, work samples, IEP documents, psycho-educational evaluation reports, neuropsych report, IQ test reports, school emails, and/or any relevant documents (up to 10 documents)
  • Help identifying gaps in current strategy and adjusting plan or creating a new plan
  • Research-based recommendations and strength-based strategies for the whole family (or neurodivergent adult)
  • Detailed chart and step-by-step implementation plan
  • Three full weeks of unlimited email support and access to coach for any questions

Monthly Coaching Programs:

These programs are intended for adults or families ready to make consistent, long-lasting changes. Individualized programs are customized and designed around the unique needs of each individual. They are designed to help children, teens, adults, parents of neurodivergent children, and neurodivergent parents with neurodivergent children. Parents can get individual support for themselves or support for their child and other family members. These programs address specific Executive Function and Emotional Intelligence skills such as:
